What we’ll cover:

2. The purpose of transfer stations in the recovery of residual, green, and Food Organics Garden Organics (FOGO) waste.
3. Disposal options for household waste including the recycling and recovery processes.
4. Existing government and industry initiatives that help you to safely dispose of hazardous and problematic household items.

Wear: Fully enclosed footwear, BYO hat, sunscreen, and water bottle.

Tour: This event involves walking around an active site outdoors. A reasonable level of fitness is required. Your tour will be followed by time for questions, a cuppa, and light refreshments. We look forward to seeing you there!

General admission tickets are available for Cambridge, Nedlands and residents from other councils.
